The IRB 1300 six-axis industrial robot has a wide operating range and strong load capacity, and is suitable for high-load applications in industries such as electronics, general industry, food and beverage, logistics and automotive parts. It is available in four versions with a load/working range of 12kg/1.4m, 11kg/0.9m, 10kg/1.15m, and 7kg/1.4m, with 12kg being the highest load in its class.
Save space, increase capacity
The ABB IRB 1300 is only 40% of the weight of the IRB 1600, and the base area is only 1/6 of that, saving space while meeting the need for maximum productivity. The IRB 1300 covers just 220mm times 220mm, allowing more robots to be deployed in a given area.
High beats speed up production
The IRB 1300 production cycle is increased by 27% to ensure fast production. With higher loads and a wider operating range, it is suitable for a variety of applications, including material handling, loading and unloading, polishing, assembly and testing.
More input/output
The IRB 1300 offers up to 24 input/output connections (C1+C2+C3) to operate more sophisticated fixtures or end-effectors, allowing users to work on more parts simultaneously and increase productivity.
Enhanced protection
The IRB 1300 adds IP67-certified Foundry Expert II Protection Class and ISO 4 clean room options for harsh production environments and non-polluting production processes. The Cast Expert II Protection Grade uses stainless steel end actuators to avoid metal rust.
